Mr. Aiello has been based in Asia for 17 years, and is responsible for acquisition management, capital raising, team development, and the overall business and development strategy of DaVinci Land and Development

Mr. Aiello has been involved in investment management in Asia since 1997, with a specific focus on real estate and alternative investments since 2001.

Mr. Aiello also acted as COO and international finance director of a  private Japanese real estate company, establishing its international subsidiary in Hong Kong where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s first international development in Bali including: negotiating the land acquisition, securing project licenses from the Indonesian government at both the national and local level, managing the capital budget and  overseeing the development of a commercial luxury villa complex in Bali.

Mr. Aiello has developed during his 17 years in Asia an extensive finance network across Asia and London with global and Asian banks, international mutual funds, hedge funds, and international law firms specializing in real estate.
