Jointly, the team  has more than 36 years of direct experience in the Vietnam property market and decades of experience in key Asian markets. Led by Christopher A. Aiello, the management team brings deep, multi-disciplinary experience from the fields of entrepreneurial business building in Asia, large-scale property construction and development in Vietnam, international finance, architecture and real estate law.

We are raising US$70 million of equity capital for the acquisition, design and build of Emerald Estates, a master planned luxury villa and lifestyle community in the District 7/Binh Chanh District
