Eric Solberg

Highly experienced Board consisting of members with deep nternational experience in property finance, property development, and real estate law. Mr. Solberg is recognized as one of the leading private equity practitioners in Asia with a particular emphasis on real estate focused nvestments. In addition to serving as a Director to DaVinci Land, Mr. Solberg is the CEO of his own private equity and merchant banking enterprise, EXS Capital. Prior to starting EXS Capital, Mr. Solberg was Managing Director and Partner of CVC International Asia Citigroup’s proprietary private equity group for Asia. Mr. Solberg was instrumental in the pre-IPO structuring of what became the Shui-On Land IPO, serving as a member of the Board of Shui-On Land.

Mr. Couture brings a wealth of experience in high level project management of major resorts and hotels having worked in Dubai for 6 years for Dubai Holdings, which is the holding company of the Jumeirah Group one of the leading luxury resort and hotel operators in the world today. During Mr. Couture‘s tenure with Dubai Holdings, he worked in the ExecutiveOffice responsible for project management of new multi-use luxury development projects.
